Our Venetian plaster is a natural wall and ceiling finish made from lime. It is applied in multiple thin layers by hand, then burnished to create depth, movement, and a subtle sheen. 

Our Venetian plaster offers a natural, soft, organic appearance with gentle variation. Depending on the application, it can range from matte and stone-like to polished and marble-inspired. 

Kastex offers a curated colour palette, along with custom colour matching through our advanced colour lab. By providing a physical sample, we can match colours from many exclusive paint manufacturers to suit your specific project requirements. We just need a physical sample sent to us.

Yes! Our Microcement can be applied directly over existing tiles, provided the substrate is properly prepared, making it ideal for renovations. 

 Yes. Samples can be provided for design development and client approval. 

Venetian plaster is suitable for:

With the correct system, it can also be used in wet areas.

 Yes. When applied correctly and sealed appropriately, Venetian plaster is highly durable that hardens and ages beautifully over time. 

Microcement is a seamless resin or cement-based coating applied in thin layers over existing substrates. It creates a contemporary, joint-free finish without the need for demolition. 

Microcement is extremely versatile and can be applied to:

• Floors and walls 
• Bathrooms and showers
• Kitchens and splashbacks
• Stairs, joinery, and furniture

Our Microcement systems are water-resistant before sealer, being one of the first of its kind in Australia and is sealed with specialised coatings for extra protection in wet areas, installed by accredited Kastex applicators. 

Our finishes are hand-applied, meaning each surface is unique, with natural variation that adds depth and character. 

 Maintenance is simple:

• Clean with water or mild soap.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
• Wipe spills promptly in wet areas.

With proper care, these finishes will last for many years.

Yes. Localised repairs are possible and far less disruptive than traditional finishes when handled by Certified Kastex applicators. 

Kastex products are applied by trained and accredited applicators who understand the technical and aesthetic requirements of each system.
